“I have worked with many levels of athletes, including professional and D1 collegiate athletes. The ones who have brought me the most pride and fulfillment, however, have been those at the high school level. Being able to nurture their talent and passion for their sport, and provide them with the tools for continued success is what drove me to create this program”    – Ben Stadler

Ben Stadler

Founder and Principal Trainer

Ben Stadler is the founder and program director of SFP. He holds certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as Athlete's Acceleration (CSAC) and the USA Olympic Weightlifting Association. Whether coaching athletes at the beginning of their careers or seasoned professionals, Ben has sought to maximize their chances of a long and successful career. He does this by maximizing their performance, decreasing their injury potential, and educating them with strategies for success on and off the field.

Having completed his professional soccer career in Germany, Ben recognized the

value of the strength and conditioning program designed for him by his own coach, Colin Peuse. Mentored by his coach, Ben then developed his own approach to programming and training, as a coach at Sacred Heart Cathedral Prep. After 3 years of developing his methodology, Ben created SFP to offer the benefits of his coaching to all athletes in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. Most recently, Ben has worked as a Human Performance coach for the professional soccer team the San Francisco Deltas.
